The FstSort Lemon Crate Dumper is an automated device designed to invert crates into a washing tank or conveyor belt. The machine features a compact design, making it ideal for spaces with limited area. Traditionally, 2–3 people were required to manually invert boxes, but now only one person is needed to push the containers onto the conveyor line.
What's more, the automatic inversion angle is controllable, with a fruit and vegetable drop height of less than 200 mm, resulting in over 60% reduction in impact damage compared to manual inversion.
